Jim has coached 19 people in the Cox Executive Leadership Program spanning 6 years. His coaching has produced some sterling results. For example, Dan Lawry was promoted to Market Manager for Cox Radio Tulsa the year following Jim’s coaching. Dan’s use of a feedback council that Jim had helped him with was a key to his successful transition. Jim is credited by his Coachees for asking good questions, giving honest feedback and helping them understand assessment results.
