Consult with management to identify individual and team leadership strengths and gaps.

Engage constituents and stakeholders to gain and refine insights on developmental issues.

Revise and consolidate developmental issues and create engagement parameters and objectives.

Conduct comprehensive individual Birkman™ Assessments with each team member to identify strengths, motivators and needs, most effective behavioral and leadership styles. Correlate results with leadership background and development issues and objectives, and promote self-awareness and empowerment to enhance performance and productivity.

Conduct day-long Team Building session, identifying group strengths, styles, motivators, etc., and enhancing team awareness of styles and differences, and improving understanding of expectations top, down and across to organization.

Conduct day-long Team Effectiveness session incorporating team strengths and styles into organizational goals and objectives. This enhances workflow and project assignments, team integration and empowerment and productivity.

Produce a comprehensive Development Plan to address issues and achieve objectives arising out of Team Effectiveness session.

Gain management buy-in.

Establish schedule for ongoing management review and “check-in” to monitor progress.

Follow up Management Consultation 1 month after engagement conclusion to review results and determine any needed next steps.
