to identify strengths, motivators and needs, most effective behavioral
and leadership styles. Correlate results with leadership background
and development issues and objectives, and promote self-awareness
and empowerment
to enhance performance and productivity.
Develop
comprehensive Development Plan to address issues
and achieve objectives.
Ongoing
1-on-1 individually-focused consultation with
the Leader, incorporating and applying practical exercises and
solutions to day-to-day exposures, aimed at specialized areas
of development needs to enhance leadership effectiveness and success.
Follow
up consultation 1 month after engagement conclusion
to review results and determine additional refinement, as required.
