MANAGEMENT
CONSULTATION: Meet with Boss to discuss and finalize
program parameters and development issues
INITIAL
CONSULTATION MEETING: Meet with Coachee to discuss
program parameters and development issues. Gain approval and acceptance.
Introduce Birkman™ Assessment and have Coachee prepare to
take questionnaire on-line. Review Birkman™ feedback at
next session and correlate results with development issues. Introduce
360° instrument, if appropriate.
ON-GOING
CONSULTATION SESSIONS:
1-on-1 sessions, including a review of the specific individual
issue(s) to be discussed during that session regarding the on-going
strategy, assessment correlation, as appropriate, and a review
of journals kept, any practical exercises, readings, assigned
and coaching and feedback for past and future reference. At the
conclusion of each session, journal assignments, readings and
other practical exercises will be made for the next session. Most,
if not all sessions will be done on-site, but might also include
phone consultation, as dictated by time, schedule and logistics
constraints.
MID-PROGRAM
MANAGEMENT REVIEW: Formal mid-course consultation
with Boss at to discuss progress and make corrections, as needed.
ON-GOING
CONSULTATION SESSIONS: Sessions will continue
as noted above to conclusion.
FINAL
CONSULTATION SESSION: Final coaching session with
Coachee to discuss results and follow up strategy and recommendations.
FINAL
MANAGEMENT REVIEW: Formal management consultation
with Boss at program conclusion to discuss results and follow
up recommendations.
FOLLOW
UP CONSULTATION: Meet with Boss and Coachee at
approximately 1 month after conclusion of Executive Coaching engagement
to review progress and status, resolve issues, as appropriate,
and recommend additional engagement, if necessary.

ad hoc consultation availability, as necessary, via phone, email
or in person.)
